الوصف الوظيفي § Experience in managing teams § Leads to execute troubleshooting methodology to resolve complex level problems. § Provides technical solution and delivery Inputs for infrastructure areas of expertise. § Manages and delivers high performance services in a 24/7 enterprise, performs timely operational assurance readiness, evaluate technology, and produce service improvements, § Implements and maintains quality processes across multiple channels/Products/Services § Provides effective resource management from staff utilization, training, resource succession planning, skill-set enhancements, and productivity improvements. § Manage the Infrastructure services and performance in line with the agreed business and budget targets § Lead in maintaining technical documentation repository to assist with the on-going operation, maintenance, and development of the enterprise services. § Ensures personnel awareness of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the organizational objectives. § Builds, develops and manages resources to carry-out infrastructure solutions development and implementation. § Develops the team by recommending professional and personal development opportunities § Motivates and leads the team; attract, recruit and retain required personnel. § Empowers others through delegating key tasks/functions; establishes clear understanding of roles and accountabilities, sets clear expectations, providing feedback and guidance, and hold people accountable; 4. Technologies: · VMware vSphere 5,5.5,6 and 6.5 · Hyper-v 2012, SCVMM 2012R2 SCCM 2007 and 2012. · Exchange Server 2007, 2010 and 2013 Active Directory service 2008,2012R2, 2016 HP Integrity, HP blades. · VMware NSX, Cloud Management & Automation · Windows Azure. Windows Server 2003,2008,2012R2,2016 Cisco UCS Servers. · Nutanix Platform · DNS, DHCP, File & Print Servers.
