Looking for a team of 6 FANR Exam Authors with proven experience in the nuclear field
Terms and Conditions:
Job Location: Barakah NPP (around 300 KMs from Abu Dhabi downtown.) with occasional visits to ENEC Headquarter in Masdar as necessary.
Contract Duration: 16 Months
Work Schedule: Resident; 4 days per week; 38 core business hours
Accommodation: Single Accommodation provided.
Transportation: provided by the client
Meals: Provided at the site
Medical Coverage: Provided
Mob/Demob Tickets: Provided
Visa: Provided
Annual leave: 16 working days per year but they will not be paid.
Vacation flight ticket: 1 flight ticket provided
Objective / Purpose of Requirement:

A need has arisen to acquire additional Audit and FANR Certification Exam Developers to support the delivery of the scope of the Certified Operator Pipeline project as part of one of the critical workstreams of the Operational Readiness Control Center (ORCC).

Audit and FANR Exam Developers (6 Exam Developers) are required to supplement the operation training department in the development and implementation of the Certified Operator Audit and FANR Certification evaluation items including but not limited to the following:

Developing Audit and FANR Certification Examination materials (Written, Simulator Scenarios, & JPM evaluations).

Executing the Systematic Approach to Training process IAW BNPP procedures and policies.

Duration / Timeline of Requirement: 16 June 2019 to 01 Oct 2020

Complete BNPP Exam Developer Job Qualification Card 16 June 2019 to 31 July 2019

• Develop Audit Examinations and FANR Certification Examinations (Written, Simulator Scenarios, & JPMs) 01 Aug 2019 to 01 Oct 2020.
Scope of work:
The candidates will perform work in the operations training department to develop and support the Audit and Certification

Examination of SRO/RO students.

Complete BNPP Exam Developer Job Qualification Card, 16 June 2019 to 31 July 2019

Develop Audit Examinations and FANR Certification Examinations (Written, Simulator Scenarios, & JPMs).

Provide support during the execution of the Audit and FANR Certification Exams as requested.

Revise operations examination material IAW approved station procedures and policies.
Support operations training administrative activities IAW approved procedures and policies.
