Main Purpose of the Job:
* To overview the FEED/EPC/In-house Engineering contractor as Senior Telecom Engineer on project management consultant team for FEED/EPC and associated project activities.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
* Monitoring and verifying all telecommunication works executed by Project Contractors/subcontractors, facilitate their development and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and coordinate all interfaces (with other projects/owners etc.) for the smooth progress of works.
* Review all FEED/EPC documents and engineering deliverable prepared by FEED Engineer/Licensor and take necessary actions as required.
* Review compliance with FEED/EPC Engineers/Licensors requirements during design review, safety reviews etc.
* Respond to technical queries as deemed necessary.
* Review request for Design Deviations and recommend its acceptance or not.
* Participate in Hazop and safety review meetings.
