Job Description and Requirements
JOB PURPOSE:
Manage rotating equipments maintenance activities at an advanced level on Offshore Super Complex and Well Head Towers.
Supports engineering, construction and commissioning activities, onshore and offshore during project stage for rotating equipments and packages.
Safely leads and directs assigned workforce (technicians, vendors, riggers, sub contractors) consisting of related skills, as well as participates in the workforce tasks.
Work includes but is not limited to maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, gear boxes, diesel engines, air compressors, various pumps, mechanical seals, auxiliary systems of rotating equipments, utility packages and material handling equipments.
Ensure high machinery reliability through the execution of safe and efficient maintenance practices and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
Bachelors’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
15+ years’ experience in the field of rotating machinery equipment maintenance engineering and services with minimum 10 years of offshore experience.
Experience on Gas turbine and Compressors troubleshooting and maintenance
Experience in MAXIMO or equivalent maintenance management system.
Knowlegde of various international standards such as ASTMs, API etc.
Professional Certifications
Professional engineer qualified to CEng standard.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Excellent knowledge of HSE policies both onshore and offshore.
Good understanding of local market knowledge
Knowledge of supply chain processes.
Knowledge of maintenance strategy and analysis techniques
Strong rotating equipment trouble shooting diagnostic experience.
PC application skills –Microsoft Office, MAXIMO or equivalent etc.
