Lead Engineer - Pipeline (7 Months & Extendable)

Job Description and Requirements
Job Summary & Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with about 10 Years experience.
Have an understanding of the project scope of work, budget, and schedule, particularly as it applies to Mechanical, Piping and Pipeline Engineering and Design. Manage scope changes.
Perform and/or oversee all design activities, assuring compliance with all applicable codes
Oversee the work of other Engineering personnel. Provide direction and guidance to the Engineering Team
Prepare man-hour estimates
Schedule, track and forecast Engineering activities
Manage man-hour expenditures
Produce required project reporting
Ensure coordination with other in-house departments
Prepare requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and supplier document review
Perform a thorough review of relevant vendor information.
