Operational Business Analyst

الوصف الوظيفي
-Act as an Operational system interface expert for the ORAT and ORAT trial program, supporting the activation of all operational systems and data flow for the trial as instructed and directed by the ORAT Operational Planning Lead.
-Review of current (Southside) and future (MTC) business rules. Validate the robustness of business rules from a functional perspective and the application of business rules and configurations in relevant operating systems.
-Assist in the preparation of ORAT trials and testing. Attend trials and testing activities and ensure findings are documented and resolved by relevant stakeholders. Validate that business rules and configurations meet operational requirements.
-Manage and support the flow of workplace and optimize day-to-day operational activities by analyzing business operations and identifying the customers’ needs in order to build relations between the processes from a systems viewpoint.
-Review system views, tracking grids, user roles and access rights to ensure operational requirements are met.
-Support the Familiarization and Training provider to develop training materials in relation to operational processes, system workflows, data flows between systems and data sources and hierarchies.
-Work with the client to define Business Continuity procedures applicable to MTC processes in order to complete and test the BCM plans and trials. Assist in the definition and implementation of operational modes.
-Identify and document differences between as-is processes, procedures, interfaces, data flows, system functionality etc and to-be in preparation for the deployment of new operating systems.
-Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
المهارات
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
-Certification in a relevant discipline
-A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferably in an Airport Management capacity or in a similar environment
