POSITION: Audit and F&B;Controller
SALARY: 4,500 AED plus accommodation depending on experience and qualifications
HIRING COMPANY: Fine Dining Restaurant
WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join by 1st November 2019
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationality
Male below 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or any relevant course
At least 2 UAE experience in Food and Beverage industry
Preferably with experience from high-end, stand alone or up-scale restaurants
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primarily responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B;controlling and pricing aspects
Analyze budget discrepancies (revenue, ratios, number of covers, RevPAR, sales, etc.)
Perform accounting closures (reports, F&B;, transfers, guests, wastage and breakages, etc.)
Complete period-end stock takes (monthly, annually)
Monitor compliance with the establishment’s budgeted F&B;ratio
Help draw up the various F&B;budgets

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good analytics and reporting skills
Experience with Accounting System, POS Systems and cost and inventory systems.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment
Have a high-level attention to detail
