Hosted Buyer Executive

الوصف الوظيفي
· To build hosted buyer database.
· Contact by phone and email potential hosted buyers in the UAE & abroad
· Work closely with the Hosted Buyer Programme Manager for the implementation and smooth running of the Introduction Suite
· Provide reporting information as required by show team
· Carry out administrative and other duties as required by show team including database updates and data mining.
· Meet deadlines as assigned by the line manager.
· Perform any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility
· Carry out advised duties onsite to ensure smooth running of the event
