Role Specifications
● A seasoned Systems Data Analyst, with expertise across all aspects of data management
discipline, to work on enterprise wide Analytics projects. The initiative that the role supports
will deliver rapid value to business users through applying end-to-end business intelligence
lifecycle in quick sprints, starting from capturing the requirements, data provisioning and
modelling to presentation, leading up to insight driven analysis to the forefront of its decisionmaking
capability.
● The emphasis will be on accurate insights. The candidate needs to ensure that our analyses
lend itself to both hypotheses validation and knowledge discovery.
● Data Analytics and Data Visualization experience with big data sources
● Ability to neatly condense experimental outcomes into simple snippets of information with
the aid of suitable graphs
● To Collaborate with Data Scientists to convert innovative ideas into solutions
● Familiar with principles of Pattern Recognition and Data Mining
● Has to have the ability to excel in a racy and dynamic industry and pushing the bar for other
employees.
● Implement analytics & data solutions, build data flows and develop and enhance existing
conceptual/logical/physical data models.
● Develop best practices for standard naming conventions and coding practices to ensure
consistency of data models.
● Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness.
● Examine new application design and recommend optimization measures if required.
● Identify reference data, custom groups and hierarchies that support multiple innovative
business use cases from single sets of transactional data.
● Assist in requirements gathering from business users with a goal of translating business
questions into prototypes and design blueprints.

المهارات
Experience
● 4+ years of hands-on, end-to-end BI experience in requirements management, design and
development with focus on solution design, data modelling and data management.
● Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
● Expert in at least one MPP and one Non-MPP Enterprise data warehouse systems like
Redshift, Oracle, Teradata, Netezza, Sql Server and similar.
● Expert in Tableau (4+ years) and good to have experience in design and usage of other
enterprise BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Qlik, Jaspersoft and similar.
● Demonstrable experience with large-scale business solutions across divisions of
the enterprise.
● Ability to communicate strategies and processes around data modeling and
architecture to cross functional groups and senior levels.
● Ability to influence multiple levels on highly technical issues and challenges.
● Experience in the education industry is advantageous.
