الوصف الوظيفي Comparison of current policy/ practices/ benefits versus market practice and identify areas for improvement and change for the UAE and GCC teams Responsible for annual renewals (medical, life and disability insurance, pension plans, employee assistance programs) completely working together with vendor ensuring all employees are covered Support in managing the operation of monthly payroll processes and salary payments for the UAE and GCC Ensure that the entire payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner Maintenance of various reports and benefits surveys (e.g. headcount report, annual leave, sick leave and overtime reports) Keep track of changing HR practices and labor law in the market Preparing final settlements for employees and making sure that all clearances are complete before employee exit Support line managers during the year end performance process المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة |
