Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading salon business in the Middle East, looking for an innovative IT Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. You will play a significant part in bringing fresh innovation to the company’s internal, external and vendor IT systems.
As an IT Manager, you will:
- Lead the IT department’s structure and set-up
- Lead the development of best internal / external IT products (for the HQ, Branches, POS, etc.)
- Manage IT and computer systems
- Control and evaluate electronic data operations
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems in HQ and Branches
- Guide and mentor junior IT staff
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, a or similar course
- At least 5 years’ experience as an IT Manager in hospitality or Retail companies
- Experience managing vendor or external IT systems such as POS (point of sales), booking, or CRM
- With IT Architecture accreditation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
