• To identify potential clients & sustainable projects & update the customer database.
• To maintain a business relationship with existing clients.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping the information confidential.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Conduct business loss analysis
• Arrange resources and ensure the tenders and bids are submitted on time
• Handover the new projects to the operation team
• Ensure the site visits are being conducted as per plan with the operational team where ever required
• Review the commercial aspect of the project & suggest GM on project renewals
• Implement QHSE management system to achieve the organizational goal in the tendering and estimation department
• Encourage all staff under his/her management to be involved in continual improvement on QHSE aspects
• To communicate the sustainable policy of the company to the potential clients
• To understand the legal requirement of the tender
• To address and recommend the sustainable FM practice to the clients in the tendering stage
المهارات
Job Summary -
Minimum 4 years of experience in the Facility Management industry with a proven track record in the UAE.
Key Skills & Attributes: Strong negotiation and analytical skills, financial and commercial acumen, with a thorough understanding of Facilities Management business concepts. Dynamic personality and existing strong relationships and contacts in the market, ability to build fruitful partnerships and swiftly close business deals. Results-driven and a strong communicator. Arabic will be an advantage.
