• Review the scope of works/ services and identify any missing/ additional information required to be included in the bid documents; • Select the appropriate contract type, identify potential bidders and obtain approvals form authorized approvals • Prepare tender documents and issue invitation to tender; • Conduct pre-bid conferences (if any) and attend bidders queries; • Review and analyze bids, prepare recommendation and arrange negotiation meetings if required • Obtain approvals as per DOA; • Prepare contract awards, circulate for review and approvals and distribute the signed agreements to all parties and concerned departments; • Must have ability to analyze the client drawings. |
