QA QC Engineer

• Follows the day-to-day operations to monitor, audit, and report compliance against published technical data, policy, procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure safety and airworthiness.
• Provides guidance and direction to the TERRAZZO workforce on any issue relating to Compliance Monitoring.
• Assists with the internal audit program by providing assistance with compliance-related issues, such as providing data to auditors as requested and participating in implementing corrective actions to address nonconformities.
• Prioritizes work to ensure QEHS support is delivered in the most effective manner.
• Provides local training/familiarization arising from investigations as required.
• Maintains an effective internal and external network with all stakeholders using established lines of communication
• Provides support to and, where necessary, lead simple and routine investigations and studies assigned by line management.
• Evaluates problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to Supervisor.
• Follows up of investigations to confirm the effectiveness of corrective action that has been implemented.
• Undertakes regular stage checks to confirm that the progression to resolution is maintained and report any stagnation or lack of progress to the Compliance Monitoring system
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of findings/evaluations and enters into the applicable information system to maintain historical data for trend analysis.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and inputting data into appropriate databases.
• Ensures all QA/QC documents are completed in full and records maintained to ensure full traceability.
• Follows all applicable policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a standardized manner.
• Supports the deployment and development of capable competent QHSE professionals to undertake monitoring and surveillance activities within the Quality Management System

• Assess work activities for which labor-based construction methods are appropriate and for those sections where heavy machinery is appropriate.
