Senior Project Manager (Residential/Master plan)

Faithful+Gould are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in residential, preferably master plan residential or associated infrastructure / public realm.
You will have a broad design and construction project management experience covering a combination of design, civils, infrastructure, public realm/lighting/public art and specialist items for example skate parks, splash parks.  Marinas are also part of the delivery scope.
The project is nearing design completion with works progressing on site in parallel, so coordination with operators, tenants, asset and facility managers will also be required.
Strong interface management with internal and external stakeholders, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Delivery and manage the PM, Cost Consultant, Design Consultant, Specialists, Contractors and align the fast track delivery project within the relevant authority approvals. Responsibilities:
Providing a complete construction phase supervision and management service to residential villas rollout project. Responsible for supporting technical, safety, time, cost and quality oversight, compliance, monitoring, management and administration across the project.
Provide day to day direction, performance monitoring and management support to the Project Management Team(s) on defined projects
Assist in developing and maintaining a proactive safety culture across defined projects
Ensure construction proceeds in line with approved design and applicable standards, construction programme and project budget, and that the resulting asset is acceptable to the Client
Support the operation of robust contract administration arrangements that underpin efficient delivery of works
Liaise with client and contractors on a regular basis and build relationships in parallel with maintaining compliance with formal communication routes
Represent the Company in a professional manner
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in a construction related discipline
15 years post qualification experience in Project Management
Experience should include residential, preferably master plan residential or associated infrastructure / public realm as a PM from inception to completion.
Must have worked in the UAE and understand the D+B process and be able to represent the interests as a developer
Bilingual – Arabic/ English
Experience working with FIDIC red book
