As the PMO Manager, you will manage regional and local projects throughout the project lifecycle from start up through post implementation; including scoping, planning, executing and reporting of projects.

Description
Measure and monitor progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality.Manage project communications to the sponsor and stakeholders, ensuring that all are informed of project plans, change management and status.Develop, implement and maintain project documentation including project plans, stakeholder mapping, risk management, change management, status reports.Support the business when necessary on activities including project management training, coaching, sharing best practice and standardisation across the business.Work cross-functionally and represent executive management at business meetings internally and externally

Profile
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degreeMust have experience within a consumer-focussed industryMust have at least 6 years handling multiple, cross-functional project simultaneously within a complex organisationKnowledge of best practice in supply chain and manufacturingExperience of managing projects related to e-commerce within a consumer marketExperience of building detailed project plans and dashboards, with extensive reporting to senior managementMust have impeccable attention to detail and strong, proven ability to work independently

Job Offer
