الوصف الوظيفي
• Ensure that company set of goals and targets are achieved safely and within the scheduled time frame and budget.
• Supervise and manage oil production, water injection and related processing activities in the field. Review injection and process programs and ensure effective and safe achievement of production and injection targets.
• Preparation and implementation of detailed work programs and schedules, annual and long term production sustainability programs for a sustainable production.
• Ensure that production/injection levels are met as per the target and at a minimum cost whilst safeguarding safety of people and resources.
• Ensure that all process activities (Normal and Breakdown) including related to HSE issues and properly documented.
• Find solution for discrepancies / bottlenecks resulted from process operation considering both safety and cost effectiveness.
• Prepare design specifications for new or modified systems and equipment.
• Ensures that correct procedures are followed for testing and analysis of injection water, crude oil and oily water.
• Ensure the development, implementation and review of detailed procedures and standing orders that conform to the Company’’s health, safety and environment regulations

Candidates Must have a Related Engineering Graduation and Should Have 10 -15 Years’ Experience In Same Job Role In The Oil & Gas Industry
