Formal Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / equivalent or Diploma in relevant field
Related Professional Training, Certification or Membership: Computer literacy is must.
Years & Field of Experience required: Above 5 years in the field of Engineering services and with ample exposure to Accounting procedures.

Principal Functions :
• Execution of day-to-day activity in the office and office works.
• Conducting site surveys along with contractors or end users for AC & DC power plants and systems related projects.
• Supervising the implementation of AC and DC power plants and systems related projects ensuring the fulfillment and quality of projects delivery at site.
• Acquiring the annual requirements for the same systems, regularizing order placement, closure of projects/contracts technically and commercially.
• Setting specifications, floating and finalizing tenders related to AC & DC power plants and systems.
Detailed duties & responsibilities :
1. Setting specifications, floating and finalizing tenders related to AC and DC power plants and systems (i.e. DC power plants, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) systems, Battery backup systems, Backup power Generators, etc.).
2. Conducting site surveys along with contractors or end users for power systems related projects, which includes the coordination with internal and external parties to secure site access, accurate estimates (i.e. systems sizing, Identify Co. support requirements, materials required, implementation plan, material storage requirements, third party/authority approvals requirements, etc.) in order to acquire optimum feedback and start and close projects on time.
3. Supervising the implementation of Power plant systems projects ensuring the fulfillment and quality of projects delivery at site, which includes arranging for site access, coordination for work permits, supervising works at site, snags identification, snags rectification follow ups, ensuring Co. assets safety and interests in the process.
4. Acquiring the annual requirements for the same systems, regularizing order placement, closure of projects/contracts technically and commercially and coordinating with all stakeholders in the process.
