Infrastructure Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
1.  Infrastructure Manager is leading the advance technical team of Level 2 support;
2.  The individual is expected to have up to date expertise on Cisco technologies, preferably double CCIE (DC & R&S;);
3.  Expertise in Cisco Security solutions is a plus.
المهارات
· Minimum 8-10-year experience
· ITIL Foundation Certification
· ITIL intermediate / Expert will be an added advantage.
· Excellent Interpersonal Skills
· Ability to plan and manage own work
· Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, understand priorities, constraints and problem escalation
· Capability to learn, grasp concepts and execute, through training, self-learning and interaction with colleagues
· Clear and effective verbal and written communication with users, peers and management
· Customer support mindset
Ability to deal with change and conflict
