Incident Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
1. Ensure that incidents are managed effectively and professionally, resulting in the restoration of normal service quickly, efficiently and with minimal impact to the business;
2. Incident Monitoring Manager will provide business support by managing the lifecycle of all incident tickets;
3. Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process;
4. Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvement;
5. Timely escalations and updates to client governance team.
المهارات
· Minimum 8-10-year experience
· ITIL Foundation Certification
· ITIL intermediate / Expert will be an added advantage.
· Excellent Interpersonal Skills
· Ability to plan and manage own work
· Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, understand priorities, constraints and problem escalation
· In depth knowledge of market-leading LAN/WAN technology, and MPLS networks.
· In depth knowledge of market-leading Systems technology – OS, Database, Applications.
· In depth knowledge of Network Security Design and related technologies
· ITIL framework and excellent understanding of ITIL Incident Management process
· Clear and effective verbal and written communication with users, peers and management
· Customer support mindset
Ability to deal with change and conflict
