Operations Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
1.  Operations manager will lead the teams of L1 and Zone support teams;
2.  It is expected to have NOC & Zone support supervisors reporting to the individual;
3.  Solid understanding of the running the NOC and technical field engineering teams is required;
Expert level of understanding of advance level of Cisco technology, ITSM leading tools and process is a must.
المهارات
· Minimum 8-10-year experience
· CCIE – R&S;or DC
· Excellent Interpersonal Skills
· Ability to plan and manage own work
· Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, understand priorities, constraints and problem escalation
· In depth knowledge of market-leading LAN/WAN technology, and MPLS networks.
· In depth knowledge of Network Security Design and related technologies
· ITIL framework and excellent understanding of ITIL Incident Management process
· Clear and effective verbal and written communication with users, peers and management
· Customer support mindset
Ability to deal with change and conflict
