Relationship Manager/Customer Service

الوصف الوظيفي
For Agent Customer Service, all existing agents also meet up with existing clients from time to time to either distribute a welcome pack for a new project/collect cheque payments etc.
They do not work more than 40 hours per week rather get a compensatory off if they work extra.
Ideal candidate should have good customer service experience and skills, experience of processing customer payments, other details listed on the JD and over all flexibility to work in such a manner (in/out as per the schedule below) as and when required.
Contract Duration: 1 year ( Subject to renewal)
Salary: AED 9000 + AED 1200

· Good communication skills in Arabic and English
