Description Determine operational objectives by assessing business functions,
gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats
Listen to the user requirements and capture their needs.
Determine if enhancements provide value to the
business and benefits to effort and/or costs.
Document the business /functional requirements and
review the functional requirements if prepared by a third
party. Plan and oversea the user acceptance test plans (UAT) Adopt and adhere to the quality and change controls as per the
agreement with vendors.
Guide users in preparing suitable test cases and performing the
tests to document and report bugs or issues.
Maintain the change register and escalate issues to
management when required. Document workflows in BPMN, provide gap analysis and develop
plans to resolve Document processes and procedures to a professional
standard.
Understand and document the enhancements or modifications
step by step for users, developers and management purposes.
Produce the final version of processes and broadcast to the
business users as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business
3 years’ experience in similar function
