الوصف الوظيفي
• Perform environment scan to identify new potential partners including vendors to develop sourcing agreements and enhance institutional capabilities (knowledge, technology etc).
• Develop plans to optimize and reduce ICT spend across ICT do mains by analyzing ICT spending patterns and market supply of various ICT domains.
• Assess relevancy and fit of new potential partners based on their value proposition.
• Contribute to the development of the annual operating plan and budget.
• Review and contribute to the development of all periodic reports prepared by the reporting staff and facilitate their preparation within the schedule.
