Mid-Level Landscape Architect

الوصف الوظيفي
Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting landscape architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related design reports. 
Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Landscape Architects/Designers.
Ensures compliance with applicable codes, local codes and international standards, and client requirements. 
Writes landscape works construction specifications and prepares detailed schedules for materials etc.
Interfaces with suppliers and specialists as required. 
Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site. 
Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others. 
Provides technical guidance to Junior Landscape Architectural Designer/Drafters. 
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. 
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (or equivalent) is required with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Chartered Landscape Architect (or equivalent).
Requires proficiency in the application of landscape architectural design standards, practices, and techniques and ability to present and convey design solutions.
Demonstrated proficiency in hand sketching, rendering and presentation drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other software packages typically associated with landscape architectural design (photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator etc), is also required.
Acumen for reviewing designs and construction plans to meet codes, budgets, and schedules
