Responsibilities: Developing requirements and specifications, transferring requirements to Requests for Proposal documents, and assisting with the review of submissions, is a key factor in the success of our local projects. The RFP Specialist will collaborate with construction operations, technical, and planning teams to write compliant, compelling proposals in response to customer solicitations. The successful candidate will be an experienced technical writer and procurement specialist for a variety of technical, equipment, and construction projects.  The incumbent will work with the project team to develop RFP materials and implement processes in a timely and efficient manner. Experience in developing procurement documents for a variety of large and small scale projects – including transportation and planning will be the key to success in this role.
المهارات
Bachelors degree in business or in an engineering discipline
8+ years of experience in developing RFP’s for project purchases
Thorough understanding of industry best practices
Excellent use of the English language, strong writing skills, and an ability to solve problems quickly in a fast paced environment are required
Ability to work effectively with diverse and strong personalities.
