الوصف الوظيفي
• Organize & schedule work in the workshop to accomplish the targeted plan.
• Manage and Create a second line of engineers and technicians through work assignments and proper on the job training
• Ensure compliance to all maintenance regulations & requirements.
• Advise maintenance team regarding projects, tasks & operations.
• Preferable experience in the automotive & industrial field.
المهارات
• Management skills (team development, interpersonal relationships, flexibility, problem solving, decision making, coaching, KPI’s and feedback abilities).
• Engineering background “Preferable Mechanical automotive Engineering”.
• Excellent command of English.
