Property Supervisor in UAE

الوصف الوظيفي
· Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies.
· Negotiating and enforcing leases.
· Maintaining and securing premises.
· Conduct property site visits (Portfolio properties and new opportunities).
· Submit reports according to property site visits.
· Follow up with property manager regarding all aspects of the property.
· Follow up with government-related tasks requested by fund manager.
· Conduct area/property surveys periodically and upon request.
· Perform other related duties or assignments as directed. 
المهارات
· High School/ Technical Diploma
· 15 to 20 years’ experience similar activities
· Time management skills
· Communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Fluent in Arabic and English
· Has experience in real estate renting and property management
· Available on call
