Financial Data Analyst We are looking for a Financial Data Analyst who has a high level of business acumen and influence will support the Finance Function in monitoring and controlling costs while still helping achieving strategic goals and objectives. This position will require the analyst to work with areas within IT to track spend, identify risks and opportunities, and to provide financial assistance to ensure the smooth flow of product and deliverables. Responsibilities
Offer suggestions that should be cascaded through the organization while validating inputs and overall status to drive risk mitigation and realization of opportunities
Involvement in monthly forecasting and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process
Analysing trend data, developing and presenting various charts and offering suggestions to management.
Documenting changes to the actuals and forecast, and reviewing with leadership.
Understand the forecasting and budgeting process, including variance analysis and risk and opportunity analysis.
Consolidating financial projection inputs and providing analysis
Ability to partner with various levels of management, as well as across functions to support integration of financial impacts.
Continuously identifying ways to improve processes and levels of efficiency
Oversee surrounding tools in the preparation of monthly analysis and communication of performance, risks, and opportunities to management.
Supporting and leading presentations to management on a monthly basis
المهارات
Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of related finance experience
Basic programming/coding skills
Excellent desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting and Variance Analysis
High level of attention to detail when preparing results
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
Good organizational skills in leading/coordinating personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines; ability to multi-task
Creative problem solving skills, ability to think strategically, as well as tactically
Experience in and comfortable with interfacing and conducting business with Senior Management and/or Director level personnel
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal communication
Desired Skills
Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Control Excel
Knowledge of Overhead Rates
Independently create and accurately analyze cost data
