Senior Maintenance Technician

Performs a variety of maintenance and repair work to production equipment, tool room equipment, requiring a broad knowledge of maintenance skills and general facilities. JOB DUTIES: - Maintain current preventative and predictive maintenance programs/practices on all production equipment (press brakes, lasers, etc.) and facilities equipment. While working to enhance and improve systems and supporting tools that meet facility needs. - Responsible to maintain and manage equipment files and manuals, maintenance procedures, parts ordering, parts storage and inventory. - Interface with all outside vendors involved, understanding of contracts and vendor responsibilities. - Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment that have mechanical, pneumatic and electrical controls as needed to support up time of all supporting critical and supporting capital equipment. - Assist Manufacturing Engineering on new equipment installations, equipment moves, upgrades, and other project aspects requiring maintenance. - Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain machinery, small tools, as well as mechanical equipment used in production and related services. - Complete & maintain all required paperwork of maintenance logs and files, at lead person level - Responsible for strict adherence to all company/departmental policies and procedures related to safety. - Other duties as assigned or required
المهارات
Should have relevant experience in Maintenance Technician role. Min. 1 year of experience
Good knowledge about the maintenance works, and facilitate the team
