Contract Administration including the review, monitoring, evaluation and reporting on consultancy and construction contracts. Review payment applications and prepare payment recommendations.
Verify deliverables and KPIs, track Task Orders and analyze invoices against budgets.
Review, assess, value variations, and make recommendations to reporting manager.
Review, assess, value claims, and make recommendations to reporting manager.
Review, identify and track causes, check validity, coordinate time impact assessment with scheduler, assess cost impacts and make recommendations to reporting manager.
Participate in the preparation, submittal, and review of account for the purpose of its settlement.
Ensure timelines of contract administration are met.
Assist on preparation of Task Orders, track and follow up until execution.
Write and review contractual correspondence with all parties related to the contract.
Perform any other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that contracts are delivered as agreed and to the required level of performance, quality and price/cost.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with internal stakeholders to effect successful contract management and to protect client reputation and credibility.
Ensure that the formal governance of the Contract is appropriate, up to date, maintained and managed.
Ensure that there is continuous improvement in the performance and value for money delivered.
Continually update knowledge of issues related to contract administration.
المهارات
University degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
Additional certificates/courses relating to contracts are a plus.
Minimum 3 years of GCC experience in administration and management of contracts.
Knowledge of contract management, financial management of contracts.
Skills in relationship building, team building and communication.
Competent in coordinating, gathering, analyzing and understanding complex information.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationship with team members.
Ability to communicate in an effective and confident manner.
Possess good time management and strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in challenging, fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and motivates people in driving progress, resolving issues and achieving goals
Computer literate.
