Business Development Manager ( PRO Services/ Business Set up)
Experience: - 5-10 years
Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Identify and grow the corporate business across all sectors while seeking out new opportunities for business growth across UAE
• Build a strong relationship with prospective and existing clients to ensure that their needs are recognized and met across all touchpoints and stages of company set up.
• Sales Management – Weekly Sales Forecasting, report, Manage Sales Strategies
• Search for new leads. Build Trust and Communication between existing & new clients
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Increasing client base & Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients’
• Scheduling and attending meetings with potential customers
• Attend networking events to seek new business opportunities
• Draft proposals tailored for each customer’s requirements and share it with customer
• Should have ability to bring in the new clients and give the services of PRO.
• If Known with PRO work. You should be well versed about the New/Renewal of Trade Licenses, VISA application/Renewal/Work ZONES like: Free Zone Documentation, Main Land Documentation Etc.
• Should have expertise in Monthly, yearly and Case to Case contracts.

• Excellent Leadership and Management Skills.
• Good Interpersonal & Presentation Skills
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Proficiency in English, Arabic will be an add on advantage
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills
• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
