Provides support and guidance in the implementation and monitoring of HSE management system (HSE-MS) at assigned Tabreed sites/facilities
Descreption:
 Provides support and guidance in the implementation and monitoring of HSE management system (HSE-MS) at assigned Tabreed sites/facilities to ensure compliance with applicable company and governmental HSE regulations and to assure continual improvement. This includes: a. Promoting sound HSE practices for the safety of personnel, protection of environment, assets and reputation. b. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with external authorities/parties required to meet Tabreed’s business and operational objectives, such as by obtaining NOCs and other approvals.
 Conducts HSE audits / inspections and recommends corrective action for continual improvement. Monitor the close-out of recommended corrective actions with stakeholders by maintaining relevant records.
 Review and/or conduct Task Risk Assessment (TRA) and Method Statement (MS) for activities carried-out by Tabreed or its contactors; follows up on the implementation of hazard control measures.

 Participates in the investigation of major accidents to recommend improvements to prevent reoccurrence and promote hazard and near misses reporting.
Policies & Procedures  Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.  Ensuring the organization adheres to legal frameworks in areas such as discipline & grievance, redundancy, and employment law.
المهارات
 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Science.  Professional HSE qualification from a recognized international organization (e.g. CSP, NEBOSH, IOSH)
4 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the Health, Safety and Environment function preferably in a similar industry
 Management system  Audit and inspection  Risk assessment  Investigation  Relevant training courses in HSE.  Knowledge of HSE management system, hazard & risk management, HSE audits, incident investigation, management of change, HSE training, crisis & emergency management.  Thorough knowledge of local and federal Government HSE regulations.
