• Single point of contact for the airfield ground lighting system(s) for five airports.
• Monitoring of AGL and CMS systems
• Coordination and communication with airport stakeholders
• Management of compliance & statutory AGL documents as per regulatory requirements, shared by AGL Engineers.
• Management of customer calls and record management.
• Monitor the attendance of the team members as per the roster.
• Monitor the CMS system closely and report the abnormalities to the shift leader and the engineer on duty.
• Lodge the complaints from the 5 airports and report it to the shift leader and engineer on duty of the respective airport, for an immediate action.
• Maintain the Daily AGL inspection checklist and file in proper folder.
• Maintain the daily CAT IIIB inspection checklist and file it in proper folder.
• Updating the records of the spares consumed at the airside inside the “Daily Report Register” sheet and the spares consumed inside the workshop for fixing the fixtures inside the “ADIA Workshop Register” as a separate checklist.
• Updating the daily rectification works carried out on the site in the “ADIA Report Register” checklist.
• Updating the daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance activities in the standard checklists.
• Preparing and submitting incident reports to the ADAC team and safety team.
• Closely work with the maintenance team on preparing the technical documents required to be submitted to the customer on a monthly basis.
• Should be able to make decisions while coordinating with other stakeholders of the airport, requesting AGL support to shut down the circuits or the CCR’s inside the substation.
• Monitor ALCMS mimic display during LVO conditions
المهارات
• Diploma in business administration or Engineer degree
• An ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of work experience on administration or customer management.
• Fluent in English and advanced skills in Microsoft office packages
