We are looking for Specialist/Officer Performance Management Duties & Responsibilities 1. Develops measures to ensure all ESH staff fully understand the performance review process in order to contribute to the enhancement of the overall ESH performance 2. Manages the entry day of new staff to introduces them to the Performance Measurement System 3. Counsels line manager on the application of the Performance Measurement System in order to ensure all ESH staff being reviewed in accordance to ESH HR policies 4. Interacts with Central HR in order to clarify potential problems with the performance review process 5. Serves as a contact point for all ESH staff who has questions about the review process 6. Responds to various problems of ESH staff concerning the review process 7. Counsels individuals on the review process and their potential improvement possibilities 8. Mediates between superior and subordinate in case of differences concerning performance reviews 9. Ensures all staff involved in the Performance Measurement process to hand in accurate and complete reviews on time 10. Coordinate and follow up with supervisor and staff and make sure that the new recruits are confirmed in service. 12. Monitor and support the on-line appraisal process ensuring the setting of KPI’s/SMART Objectives/goals and relevant Competencies at the beginning of the year, mid-year review, and the end-of-year appraisal rating 13. Ensure that the Performance Rating/Increment table is created/updated and employees are paid increment according to the approved compensation policies, in co-ordination with the concerned HR section and Line departments, if necessary 14. Ensure appropriate Appraisal notifications and reminders are automatically sent from the HRMS for setting of objectives, mid-year reviews, and the end-of-year evaluation 15. Provide statistical/management reports on the Employee Performance Appraisal, Competency Gaps, Training/Developmental Needs, etc. Also, analyze the appraisal results and provide statistical reports on Performance Rating distributions and trends 16. Coordinate and support in the staff promotion/title change/acting assignment process as per the guidelines and policies set.
