الوصف الوظيفي · To develop strategies to successfully scale the company’s culture code · Analyze culture data collected through our employee engagement survey and other culture relevant feedback, and develop interventions aimed at addressing culture “hot spots.” · Facilitate culture related off-sites to further shift leader mindset and behavior · Program manage culture initiatives to ensure that our culture transformation maintains momentum · Engage in planning for a variety of internal and external events to bring visibility and learning to our employees, our partners and our customers · Partner and collaborate with our learning and development team partners to create learning paths directly tied to living our Culture Code · Partner and collaborate with our Culture and Diversity & Inclusion communications lead to build relevant culture communications AVP - Rewards: · Contribute to the design and development of the reward strategy, ensuring that policy and practice is aligned to the business and people strategies. · Extensive experience within Long term and short-term incentives. · Manage and oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the overall organization design process, encompassing job evaluation and sizing, grading structures and job families, and benchmarking. · Lead on the implementation of new and existing reward programs and initiatives (e.g. annual salary review process) providing advice and direction to senior management and the HR team. · Manage the pension trustee process, representing the Reward dept at Trustee meetings and supporting the Chair of the Trustees in the running of the Trustee board. · Manage the Reward team to provide a pragmatic, customer focused, creative and commercially grounded reward service. Ensure the team are developed personally, professional and technically. المهارات · Seven plus years or equivalent of relevant work experience in culture, employee engagement, or organizational and learning development · Experience managing large global programs with strong organizational and written skills · Excellent team and large group facilitation skills · Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and make summary recommendations · Strategic and creative thinking to help shape culture strategy · Experience in diversity and inclusion a plus AVP - Rewards: · A professional background as either a Reward Specialist. · Previous track record of delivering reward strategies in a complex environment incorporating a broad range of reward issues. · Experience of leading people and developing key internal and external relationships. · Experience of job evaluation methodology and job families desirable. · Eight plus years’ experience in Rewards and HR. تفاصيل الوظيفة
