Design Reviewer - MEP

Responsible to manage and ensure that the presentation and functional quality of all stores in the Retail Portfolio is of the highest possible standards and in line with the technical design criteria, LOD’s and local statutory rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

· Review complete MEP submissions against the LOD’s, asset technical design criteria and in accordance with local statutory rules and regulations for compliance.

· Provide design guidance for MEP drawing submissions as required.

· Add design enhancement and value wherever possible.

· Annotate clearly and concisely on all MEP submissions.

· All MEP reviews to be completed within the specified timeframes.

· For A grade assets, join the Delivery Mangers as required to meet with the tenants and their design team Consultant to discuss and clarify the technical criteria and mandatory local statutory requirements for new shop openings and existing shop upgrades.

· Provide support where site conditions may require a deviation from the approved MEP drawings.

· Coordinate with the tenant’s designers and technical teams as required to assist during the design phase for technical detail design submissions.

· For A grade assets, complete on-site inspections to ensure the MEP installation is as per the approved technical design, including interface with the mall services.

· Review and understand the design guidelines and requirements for all assets.

Production and editing of MEP lease outline drawings as required.
· Provide technical information for the production of technical design manuals and guidelines.

· Maintains up to date knowledge of all authority approvals, regulations and requirements.

Perform other related duties or assignments as required & directed. 

المهارات
· Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience

· RDM role with Landlord Developer/Tenant experience is mandatory

· Middle East experience mandator
