الوصف الوظيفي Expectation as per PSI: · Develops, tests, documents, and implements high-quality websites and applications on time that performs according to specifications and requirements documents · Will design and develop content-related web pages for lead generation · The building, developing and maintaining websites, ensuring compatibility with a range of browsers · Supporting technical and functional requirements and processes with the marketing team · Planning development projects and meeting delivery deadlines · Supporting the implementation of digital activity to support marketing strategy · An expert with HTML and CSS. Passionate about writing accessible code that is responsive and accessible across all web experiences · Continuously evaluate the design and functionality of supported websites and applications, and makes thoughtful and significant recommendations for improvements · Analyzes performance of PSI websites and takes action to correct deficiencies · Develops and adheres to PSI development standards that allow for the maintainability of code in a manner that supports the Marketing development team · Participates in the development and support of a variety of websites that use various technologies including Microsoft .NET tools and MS-SQL Server databases · Provides the troubleshooting and resolution support issues · Provides research and recommendations for new approaches for software development technology · Participates in the modification and architecture of websites to resolve issues and plan for future growth Customer Service Orientation: · Ensure a professional communication with PSI clients and within internal staff by presenting PSI in the best image · All client and internal staff communications need to be done through PSI official number and follow email equities Knowledge (As required based on Role) · Develop a strong knowledge of PSI products and services · Understand how the benefits of PSI products and services can meet Clients needs in various business verticals · Knowledge on HTML, CSS, MYSQL, WordPress Procedures: · Use code to transform designs into polished and responsive digital marketing assets, including web templates and landing pages · Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to reimagine and rebuild PSI website · Manage and support the web editors’ work-flows · Manage the testing of new and existing functionality · Assist the Marketing team with any other marketing activities that require web support · Maintain and champion high-quality technical standards for all team outputs · Support the training of web editors in delivery of training, championing best practice and knowledge sharing · Support the creation of technical and user documentation for key functionality and where necessary provide Basic training to end-users Reporting · Provides a minimum of weekly status update report of current “in-progress” projects · Produce analytics reports to monitor performance, to provide insights to help in web Developments/improvements Requirement: BS Degree in Computer Science (Attested Degree) Microsoft Certified Software Developer (Preferable) المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة
