Business Analyst

الوصف الوظيفي
1.  Develop a clear understanding of the context of the project, the objectives of the Unified Inspection System, the current status of the Agencies and their operations and the decisions already made by the Client in terms of the Business and Operational Models to be progressed into detailed design and implementation.

2.  Advise the team on the overall ‘shape’ of the Process Map required to match the Business and Operational Models to achieve the objectives of the Unified Inspection System (UIS).

3.  Assist the team with identifying, defining and detailing the organisational structure and the processes and procedures that will be required to support the selected Operational Model.

4.  Propose Strategic Targets and KPIs to measure the success of the implementation and the subsequent performance of the Operational Model. Provide clear guidance on how the KPIs are to be measured and reported to various levels of management.

5.  Assist the team in defining the functional specification of the UIS software platform at high and low levels.

6.  Support the team at meetings with the Client, the Agencies and other Stakeholders as required.

المهارات
Minimum 8 years’ experience of systems and process work, preferably related to business process management or re-engineering.

Project management across a variety of relevant fields, in UAE and overseas
