Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

- Minimum 15 -20 years’ experience in process with five years in supervisory level.

- Experience at a senior or supervisory level in the hydrocarbon or chemical processing industry.

- Experience in planning for operations in projects, schedule development or other related aspects of projects and/or operations

- Experience in managing onshore remote desert operations.

- Experience in H2S operations will be an asset.

- Ability to work with and influence at different levels of the organization.

- Working knowledge of maintenance management, asset integrity management, process safety and electrical distribution systems.

- Experience in working on large projects with a multi-national workforce.

- Experience in preparation for operations in projects

- Experience in onshore remote/desert operations.

- Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, installation, Start-up of E&P;facilities (Wells, Well Pads, Oil, Gas & Water Injection facilities)

- Conversant with Smart Field Technology for remote Operations

- Knowledge of Arabic is preferable

- PDO / OXY company experienec required

- Provides support in developing and focusing high level Assets strategic direction, policy, planning, co-ordination and reviewing key issues.  Acts as a focal point to control, manage, address and guide project interface activities and provides support to Team Leaders on production, operation, and maintenance and HSE issues to achieve cost effective and optimum utilization of resources.

- Manage the Operation ensuring the maximization efficiency, compliance with the Company’s vision, mission, organizational objectives and HSE requirements.
