الوصف الوظيفي Job Specific Accountabilities · Ensures full awareness to ADNOC OFFSHORE HSE & QA policy, standards and procedures. · Receive offshore drilling and production materials priorities and agree on material mobilization to offshore installation. · Regularly meet with Logistics & Services cargo supervisor to ensure timely departures and arrivals of vessel to ensure drilling and production sites requirement’ s are fulfilled · Communicates with all concerned (Drilling Mussafah team, offshore sites representatives, service providers) during rerouting of vessels, cancellation or amendment in vessel voyage scheduled due to operational requirements · Update daily vessel movement according to fields and locations to end users · Ensure materials are delivered as per end user requirements and scheduled program · Arrange vessels for backload cargoes from offshore sites. · Ensure shared resources with shipping fleet for normal material supply movement, NAF operations for Jack up rigs and rig move operations. · Prepare and maintain statistical reports on daily, weekly, monthly and annually pertaining to utilization and cargo priorities mobilized. · Supervise vessel operations at Logistics & Services base with coordinating with Logistics & Services cargo operations team and port operations. · Supervise vessel operations at offshore fields ensuring idle time is minimized to increase vessel turnaround time and productivity. · Approve cargo manifest issued to vessel master and base operations for vessel voyage · Liaise closely with Drilling supply team during setting vessel priorities for departures and rerouting decisions · Ensure all vessel masters follow instructions related to management reporting (Vessel daily report, vessel positon reports etc.) · Supervise the shipping team in their day to day operations Generic Accountabilities Supervision · Plan and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives. · Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on their job and deliver the respective section objectives. Budgets · Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures · Assist to develop and implement approved Unit / Divisional policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the work programs in line with Company and International standards. Performance Management · Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Unit / Division in line with the Company Performance framework. Innovation and Continuous Improvement · Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes. Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability · Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and Code of Practices. Reports · Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management. 5.
