Supply Specialist

· Establish and maintain best standards in Drilling Supply activities as per company defined process and Work efficiently to minimize operational costs and maintain high standards of service.

· Key activities including working with the Supply Management Team to develop, implement improvements to organizational planning, policies and operational systems; Diversify funding sources to improve business sustainability; Implement Island Supply Logistics team structure that better equips the to achieve the goals and aspirations of the Strategic Plan of OFFSHORE. Multi-tasking role in a collaborative team environment.

· Guides, directs, trains and motivates the Team members to work to their best potential and perform effectively together as a team. Work in line with OFFSHORE HSE Policy, and ensure awareness and compliance of HSE rules and regulations by subordinates.

Job Specific Accountabilities

· A highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in Managing Oil and Gas Exploration industries’ integrated Wells Supply Support programs such as Rig Coordination, Warehouse Coordination, Supply Base operations, Shipping coordination, Onshore & Offshore Coordination.

· Astute in identifying operational requirements, creating Rig material’s plans & effectively coordinating with cross-functional with Drilling teams to achieve the objectives.

· Establish and maintain best standards in Drilling Rental items as per company defined process and Work efficiently to minimize operational costs and maintain high standards of service.

· Forecast the requirements of Rig’s Rental Materials equipment well in advance accordingly will arrange the materials on time to rig site.

· Confirm that Drilling rental materials are meeting as per acceptable specifications, arranging the materials deliver to Drilling Rigs on time within budget and verify that Rental items are constantly meet the objectives and standards set by HSE / Drilling materials dispatch Policies.

· Confirm that company’s Mud chemicals are dispatched as per Drilling hole section wise on time and for contracted Mud / Cementing chemicals are arranged to rig on time as per rig requirements and rig returned chemicals are dispatched again to supplier. Ensure documentations are prepared as per company procedure.

· Confirm that Conductors, Casings, Drill pipes & Tubing bundling arrangements are done before the schedule and ensure available at rig site on time.

· Coordinates with the Handling team to do the necessary arrangements of bundling works as per requirements / criticality

· Follow up the rig’s materials until reach the rig site without any delays and rig back loaded rental items are timely dispatched to concern suppliers on time to off their rental costs.

· Forecast the requirements of completion assemblies & Tools Service items well in advance for upcoming works. For that to avoid shortages of tools items will coordinate with the Drilling Engineering team / Tools service team well in advance to fabricate non stock tools and ensure that continuous available for upcoming completion works.

· Follow up & coordinate for the Vendor managed completion items with concern allocated vendors for the completion sub assembly works & will coordinate with the QC engineers to witness the assembly works and will mobilize the assemblies to rig site on time without any delays.

· Coordinate with the Well Work team about their well activation requirements & planning on time to Offshore locations.

· Coordination on investigation about materials delays / NPTs if any. Provide the detailed information on that & recommendation on any delays or NPT to be avoided

· Provide the right direction to the Drilling coordinators / Island coordinators / Technical assistants / supply clerks for day to day activities.

· Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort, Motivate the team members & facilitate problem solving. Maintain healthy group dynamics Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues. Always Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement in the team.

المهارات
- Completion of higher Diploma Education, plus 3 years formal training in mechanical trades

- Minimum 3 Years Work Experience in Drilling operations, Logistics & Supply Chain.

- Familiar & knowledgeable with all drilling related & testing related equipment and materials

- Fluent in oral and written English

- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
