Contracts Manager

Job Description:

- Managing the Abu Dhabi Legal Team
- Review and Negotiation of Contracts/ LOI/ PO/LOA etc. as per company internal policies
- Drafting of Contracts and other legal documents including notices
- Discussing and finalization the contracts with Sales Team to expedite the signing of contracts
- Advising different stake holders in contractual disputes and other legal matters
- Supporting the Group Legal Manager on contractual disputes and other critical legal matters
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- To perform any other task related to the Job as and when assigned by the Department Manager

Job Requirements:

- Must be graduate of Bachelor in Law (LLB) and or Engineering Studies
- Between 5 and 10 years experience in contract management in construction environment
- Proven experience with all forms of contracts (FIDIC, JCT, AIA etc)
