Camp Welfare Manager (Offshore ) candidates in UAE preferred

An excellent opportunity for a Camp Welfare Manager,position will be offshore based .

The position will require to:

· Provide ongoing support to colleagues on welfare issues

· Engage senior management to provide leadership and oversight on worker welfare issues

· In coordination with the client and companies involved on the project, responsible for identifying and assessing their employee welfare needs.

· Plans, develops and manages the implementation of worker welfare practices and accommodation standards

· Provides expert direction on resolution of issues.

Preference to candidates based within UAE.
