In a multidisciplinary team, leads the provision of Reservoir Engineering activities through establishing sound reservoir depletion plan and effective supervision and completion of reservoir monitoring, data gathering, technical studies, production forecasting and performance reporting related to SU reservoirs while ensuring effective and timely execution of short, medium, and long-term development plans for all reservoirs in order to facilitate effective reservoir development in line with ADNOC objectives and guidelines.
Provide advises and supports, and interfacing with stakeholders to maximize production efficiently while providing training support to junior engineers to develop skills and competencies. Furthermore, actively engages in the industry technological and scientific evolution to identify and propose to the asset the best technologies, computer applications and work processes to improve performance.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering, or any other equivalent.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
• 15-18 years of experience, including 15 years of supervisory experience with exposure to all aspects of Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering such as Petroleum Development, Reservoir Management, Geosciences and Petroleum Engineering.
• Experience in a multi-disciplined team of Engineers & Geo-scientists.
• Fluent in writing and spoken English.
