Minimum Requirements :
High School Education
Functional Knowledge:
Knowledge of food safety practices, GMP, HSE, and 5S.
Knowledge of automatically controlled equipment.
1. Intake process control.2. Supervise the intake of raw materials (Raw material control, Cleanliness and Hygiene of Intake Hopper between discharges).3. Supervise pest control.4. Segregate and Control recycling of raw materials and finished goods for Poultry and Mixed Grain.5. Bin selection and Control for raw materials.6. Bin stock supervision and control.7. Supervision and Quality Control of production bulk tanker loading process.
8. Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders.
9. Operate equipment safely and effectively for intake processing of raw materials and bulk tanker loading.
10. Ensure that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition.
11. Repair and clean the equipment when needed.
12. Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.
13. Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
14. Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
15. Contribute to waste reduction management programs.
