Actively participate in the new Information Systems implementation, all phases of implementation including scoping, reviewing requirements, testing, and go-live support.
• Participate in analyzing the facility ERP information systems needs
• Providing the first line of support for the ERP users, with analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions.
• Ability to document any issue facing the users, and communicate it with the vendor support team.
• Create the users training material, conduct the training, conduct competency tests, sharing lessons learned.
• Assisting in information system enhancements and change orders during and post the project implementation.
• Providing statistical data and reporting on periodic and adhoc basis for management as per instruction from Head of IT
• Should have complete knowledge about hospital processes between ERP & EMR applications
• Show knowledge about business & clinical processes
• Well understanding about DOH regulatory guidelines w.r.t. Malaffi, ADICS & RCM etc.
