الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus site accommodation and transportation Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: The hiring company is based in Abu Dhabi and is a newly organized agriculture business focusing on farming, processing, and trading most sought-after fruit variety categories. Job Role: Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, grading, storing, and shipping fruits and vegetables: Trains workers in grading and packing procedures in accordance with customers’ specifications Inspects storage area to determine freshness of produce and indicates produce to be packed and removed Inspects packaged produce for conformance to customers’ specifications Ensure proper repair and maintenance of he packing house facility, geenrators, power plant, and irrigation system Monitoring of labor efficiency, quality, and overtime authorization for the pack house staff Monitoring the cold stores humidity and temperature of refrigerated container van, time of delivery of fruits and delivery of packaging materials المهارات Male, 40 years old and below At least high school graduate Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the agriculture setting or industry Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a team تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/packaging-supervisor-4250313/ |
