Experienced Architect with previous experience working for developers and architect firms; should have strong experience working in design development (concept, preliminary, detailed) through construction documentation for luxury buildings, Malls, offices, villas and hospitality with in depth-knowledge of construction methods. Experience in building materials, in finishing works including the FF&E;and practical experience in coordination between Civil, Architect, MEP and finishes. Should be Familiar with local codes and local authorities requirements.

1. proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and Microsoft office.
2. Artistic abilities and creativity
3. Previously completed prestigious projects within UAE or MENA region.
4. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
5. Familiar with IBC, Civil Defense and NFPA
6. Familiar with Estidama, Green Building Code and LEED design requirements
5. Working effectively in a team both as a leader and team member.
