Leasing Coordinator

We are looking for a competent Leasing Coordinator to manage the UAE and GCC leasing activities on behalf of our company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain all store lease agreements data & alert the manager on upcoming lease renewals, expiries etc.
Coordinate with all landlords one leasing related documentation for new offers/ renewals/ closures etc.
To review the leasing related documentations to ensure they are aligned with actual discussions/ the agreed terms.
Prepare summary of commercial terms and place them for internal review for senior management.
Coordinate with other support departments like legal, accounts and PR to support project team in procuring the initial requirements to start on site.
To coordinate with mall on executed copy of Leases and Ejari/Tenancy Contract/Tawteeq.
To draft responses to LL’s for any communications as directed by the property head.
Continuously scouting for new stores for Liwa brand profile.
To coordinate and support with other Liwa departments in GCC countries for all matters related to leasing.
Keeping track of development schedule as per the franchise agreement to update it to the property head.
Preparing comparison reports for renewal leases
Preparing decks for internal approval based on final negotiated offers.
Ensure the leases are executed and dispatched to the mall along with required supporting documents.
Filling up related documents requested by the mall to process new leases.
Follow up on Tawteeq closure/new Tawteeq application and executed lease copies for our store.
To Update the lease information for all stores in BI.
Working with IT on automation of renewal leases and lease expiry notifications.

المهارات
Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Leasing Coordinator
Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
Skills in Ms Office and basic knowledge in BI
Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Degree in Property Management or similar
